When it happens
Claude Code refused to load the AgentBus channel because it is not on the allowlist. Hooks and MCP fallback remain active.
Hint
Claude Code channels require allowlisting. Inbound delivery uses hooks instead. Org admins may add
agentbustoallowedChannelPlugins.
