When it happens
A CLI command needs the sidecar daemon and the Unix socket ~/.agentbus/agentbus.sock (or named pipe on Windows) is absent or refuses connections.
Hint
The agentbus daemon is not running. Start it with
agentbus connect --agent <name> --adapter <x>oragentbus daemon start.
