When it happens

No Authorization header, or the bearer value is not an integration token, agent JWT, or OIDC JWT.

Hint

No usable credential was sent. Run agentbus login, or check that AGENTBUS_TOKEN is set and starts with ab_live_ or ab_test_.

Troubleshooting

1. agentbus whoami. 2. If "not logged in", run agentbus login. 3. If using CI, confirm the env var is exported in the job, not just the shell.
